A premium Springer's Wiener makes this meal a home run! Topped with homemade guacamole, salsa, lettuce and nacho cheese it’s a fiesta on a plate.
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients

1/4 | red onion, minced | 50 mL |
1 cup | tomatoes, diced | 250 mL |
1 | jalapeno, seeded and minced | |
1/4 cup | lime juice | 50 mL |
1/4 cup | cilantro | 50 mL |
1/2 tsp | kosher salt | 2 mL |

6 | premium Springer's wieners | |
6 | hot dog buns | |
1/2 cup | shredded nacho cheese | 125 mL |
1/4 cup | salsa | 50 mL |
1/2 cup | shredded romaine lettuce | 125 mL |
Directions
Guacamole: In bowl, combine red onion, tomatoes, jalapeno and avocado. Stir in lime juice, cilantro and salt.
Grill or boil hot dogs. Arrange in buns and top with cheese. Top with salsa, guacamole and shredded lettuce.
